Liz Tigelaar is bringing another best-selling book to the screen. The “Little Fires Everywhere” creator, showrunner, and exec producer is set to pen a film adaptation of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” for Netflix, per The Hollywood Reporter.

Released in 2017, “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” tells the story of a Evelyn Hugo, a “reclusive, iconic Hollywood starlet” who “enlists unknown reporter Monique Grant to write her tell-all book, which will chronicle her life story and rise to fame during the golden age of Hollywood. Always the subject of tabloids, Evelyn also details for the first time her seven marriages, revealing secrets she’s held on to, who she is behind the scenes and why she chose Monique for her final confession,” the source teases.

Tigelaar and Reid also have a project in the pipeline at Hulu. The former is exec producing a TV series for the streamer based on the latter’s latest novel, “Malibu Rising,” the story of four famous siblings who throw a party in 1993 Malibu.

Riley Keough is set to lead “Daisy Jones & The Six,” an upcoming Amazon series tracing the dramatic rise and fall of a fictional rock band in the ’70s that’s based on Reid’s novel of the same name. Niki Caro is directing multiple episodes of the series.

Besides her adaptation of Celeste Ng’s “Little Fires Everywhere,” which was led by Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington, Tigelaar’s other credits include “Casual,” “Nashville,” and “Revenge.”
